Mondelēz International, parent company of brands like Cadbury, Milka, Prince and Oreo, is accepting applications from for an open human resources coordinator position at its Fair Lawn, New Jersey location.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree. Those with degrees in human resources or business are preferred, as are those with advanced degrees. Candidates should also have at least five years of experience in a manufacturing business setting. Those applying should be knowledgeable of Lean Six Sigma and those with SAP and SOX experience are preferred.
The position entails human resources administrative processes, other human resources processes, human resources ways of working and compliance. The bulk of the successful candidates duties will fall under human resources administrative processes, including providing professional service to the facility’s staff, administering employee position completions and wage progression and increases, advising on leaves of absence and separations and recruiting and onboarding, amongst other functions.
He or she will also be responsible for planning for onsite events and providing support administration services during disciplinary meetings and similar events. Finally the human resources coordinator is responsible for ensuring processes are running efficiently and that the facility is compliant with applicable laws, procedures and policies.
