An organization in Fort Pierce, Florida, is seeking a full-time payroll and human resources compliance coordinator with at least three years of experience in payroll processing and who is preferably bilingual with the ability to speak, read and write in Spanish.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the company’s payroll, compiling payroll information and managing payroll preparation. This includes reviewing and reconciling timekeeping data and administering deductions like garnishments and benefits, and processing rate changes, direct deposit set up, W4 changes and other payroll system updates. He or she will also complete payroll reports and maintain payroll records, all of which is to be accomplished through the use of a web-based payroll service.
The position also entails administering health and wellness benefits, 401k plan, vacation and COBRA. The successful candidate will support human resources and compliance functions through process and data tracking and conduct in-house compliance audits.
