How do you efficiently manage the human resources function when you have records for more than 350 employees scattered on multiple computer systems?

That’s a question Augustine Casino, one of Southern California’s busiest gaming houses, answered by hiring Epicor HCM to streamline its information systems.

Epicor, based in Austin, Texas, recently announced the business relationship, noting that the arrangement calls for a new system to “consolidate databases, improve processes and offer a single platform” for employee record-keeping.

"Consolidating databases, offering single sign-on and manager self-service features will be key to reaching our business objectives and will position us to grow successfully," Tracy Towns, Augustine’s HR director, said in a news release.
