Fortune 50 cable TV provider Comcast Corp., a firm that provides television service to more than 25 million homes, is seeking a human resources generalist for its Fort Myers, Florida office.

This intermediate-level position will primarily handle the development of companywide human resources guidelines and rules, ensuring they adhere to state and federal employment laws. As a liaison with managers across the company, the communication of all policy updates also falls within the scope of this position.

Oversight of other HR duties will be expected, from hiring and onboarding new workers to compiling business metrics and intelligence related to human resources, to conflict resolution between labor and management.

A college degree and between two and five years of experience is a must.
