Key responsibilities for this role include serving as an internal consultant across different business units by acting as a liaison with various technology suppliers. Knowledge of the company’s needs related to telephone and other hardware and software, budgeting parameters, and awareness of industry trends and outside vendors is a must.

Strong relationship, communication and strategic skills are necessary, as well as at least seven years of technology purchasing experience, a management background and the ability to make favorable deals on behalf of company stakeholders is required.
