Liberty Mutual Insurance seeks a full-time associate employment relations specialist.
Duties of the position include handling employee relation issues, conducting internal investigations, recommending resolutions to complaints and internal investigations, advising on corrective action matters, assisting with terminations, analyzing legal and compliance risks within employment situations, and ensuring employee relation matters are properly categorized and stored in the ER case management system.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor's degree; at least two years of relevant experience in HR; strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills; and general knowledge of HR laws, procedures, policies and programs. Preferred qualifications include a degree in HR or business administration.
