Duties of the full-time position include identifying market opportunities, supporting innovation strategies that support company goals, enhancing the customer experience, communicating with store and regional teams, and gathering data to support decisions and priorities.
Prospective candidates must possess at least eight years of progressively larger HR leadership roles; strong communication, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills; and an outstanding track record of creating and implementing initiatives that improve the employee and customer experience.
Preferred qualifications include HR leadership within a retail environment and experience with organizational design.
