Alternative Solutions Health Network, a post-acute solutions provider, is hiring a recruitment and retention coordinator in Kettering, Ohio.
The full-time coordinator will be responsible for assisting with recruitment activities and events, posting and removing job advertisements on internal and external job boards, completing background and reference checks, coordinating pre-employment testing for candidates, informing team members of new employees, assisting with orientation for new employees, maintaining a requisition log for recruitment and retention, maintaining employee referral program tracking and payment schedule, auditing employee files for compliance, and providing administrative support.
Prospective candidates must possess an associate's degree in a business related field or equivalent, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to handle confidential information. Preferred qualifications include one year of HR experience.
