Ford Motor Co. is looking for a full-time human resources labor relations representative for its Sharonville Transmission Plant in Sharonville, Ohio.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years working in a manufacturing environment as a human resources professional. That experience should include negotiation and conflict resolution functions. Candidates must also have at least one year of experience using Microsoft Office.
Ford is looking for candidates with demonstrated leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal, teambuilding and communication skills.
The human resources labor relations representative will be responsible for all hourly employee administration activities and for delivering human resources products and services in accordance with employment laws and regulations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for administering union representative compensation and coordination related to UAW contract negotiations, implementation and administration.
Further job responsibilities include investigating and determining responses to grievances, supporting recruiting and hiring for hourly personnel and developing and maintaining relationships with partners, representatives, experts and human resources colleagues.
The human resources relations representative will support human resources investigations and complaints and work to foster an effective and inclusive work environment that balances the company’s goals and values with employee advocacy.
