Xanterra Parks & Resorts needs a human resources staff recruiter for Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming.
The HR staff recruiter will be responsible for determining applicant requirements, placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, interviewing applicants, checking references of potential employees, communicating with potential and current employees, communicating with hiring managers, maintaining expense records, recommending new policies and practices, assisting in the implementation of the park's applicant tracking system, and serving as a positive representative of Yellowstone National Park Lodges.
Prospective candidates must possess a valid driver's license, experience using Microsoft Word and Excel, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Applicants should be able to work both independently as a team member, adjust to changing needs and work pace, and handle confidential information. They also need to have knowledge or the ability to learn the Lawson and iCMS data system, as well as company and park procedures.
Physical demands include the ability to stand or sit for long periods of time and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
