Hunt Companies, a full-service real estate firm, is looking for a human resources business partner for its military housing division.
Duties of the remote-based position include coordinating recruitment activities, providing HR and performance management guidance, interpreting HR policies, handling employee relations issues, and ensuring employment requirements on the local, state and federal levels.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in HR, management, administration or related field; at least three years of progressive HR experience; experience with HRIS systems; and strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict management skills.
Preferred qualifications include a graduate degree and PHR/SPHR certification.
Applicants should also be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and handle confidential information.
While the business partner will work from a home office, he or she will have access to regional offices with meeting and conference rooms.
