Consumer-directed benefits administrator WageWorks is hiring a temporary human resources coordinator in Tempe, Arizona.
Duties of the position include conducting weekly audits of hiring activities, preparing documents for employee processes of onboarding and offboarding, distributing payroll, ensuring employee changes are fully routed through the proper approval chains, informing applicable departments and personnel of employee changes, conducting random audits of labor postings and personnel files, and creating basic ad-hoc reports.
Prospective candidates must posses intermediate level knowledge of HR practices and processes, knowledge of local and federal employment laws, proficiency with business and communication software, strong customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to changing business demands.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in HR management, organizational development or related field; a certification in HR administration; and knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems.
