Duties of the full-time position include developing contract terms for new hires, providing guidance and interpretation on HR policies, handling complex employee relations issues, providing guidance on day-to-day performance management, conducting weekly meetings, improving work relationships, analyzing trends and metrics, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Prospective candidates must posses a high school diploma or equivalent; at least two years of experience in the HR field; proficiency with Microsoft Windows; strong communication, organizational and analytical skills; and knowledge of HR functions and best practices, employment laws and practices, and using Human Resources Information Systems.
Preferred qualifications include HR experience in a call center environment.
