The bank’s human resources division brings aboard associates who carry out the company-wide goal of connecting customers to business solutions.
The basic duties include studying team member compensation and performance, with an overall focus on creating internal programs and processes that reflect company values in those areas. An ability to see the company-wide strategy where engagement, salary, development and corporate philosophy intersect is a plus.
The job may be situated in Charlotte, North Carolina; Minneapolis, San Francisco or other locations. Eight years of experience, a master’s degree and a well-honed business acumen are required.
