Barton Professional Placement Group is seeking a human resources generalist or manager on behalf of one of its clients, which is open to applicants with at least two years of human resources experience in a manufacturing setting.

The position offers a salary of $50,000 to $55,000 in Bloomingdale, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago.

The successful candidate would enjoy a strategic human resources leadership position, encompassing a range of human resources functions, including recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, employee relations, benefits administration and payroll. Barton is specifically searching for proactive, detail oriented candidates who are excellent at following up on their work.

To be eligible for the position, applicants must have at least two years of experience in the following areas: benefits administration and open enrolment, human resources, on-boarding, processing payroll and recruiting and screening candidates. Those who are bilingual in English and Spanish are preferred.
