Online real estate lender and crowdfunding platform Patch of Land's Matthew Zall, formerly of B2R Finance, will serve as its new chief investment product officer.

Zall helped build B2R Finance, a Blackstone subsidiary, into a multibillion dollar lender. His appointment as an executive with Patch of Land comes as the company plans to increase its efforts in the single-family rental market through new financing products that offer consumers long- term, permanent solutions.
