Willis Towers Watson, a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, is seeking a senior client service specialist in Nashville, Tennessee.
The specialist will be responsible for managing the client open enrollment process, assisting in new client sales, maintaining and cultivating client relationships, facilitating meetings with clients, recommending ways to improve client benefits programs, implementing value-added resources, assisting with the renewal/marketing process, and resolving day-to-day service issues.
Prospective candidates must possess strong communication, presentation, project management and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; technical knowledge of employee benefits industry.
Applicants should also be able to multi-task, complete a large workload in a specified amount of time and work collaboratively with others. Preferred qualifications include an associate's or bachelor's degree, a state life and health license, at least 10 years of experience in the insurance industry related to servicing accounts, at least four years of analytical analysis of employee benefit programs, general underwriting experience, and experience managing large clients.
