The successful candidate will be responsible for personnel functions at the company like administering records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, interviewing perspective employees, conducting staff training and special projects.
The human resources generalist will need to develop successful relationships and use his or her business and human resources knowledge to resolve problems that arise. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business and human resources management, and Professional in Human Resources or Senior Professional in Human Resources certifications are preferred.
Additionally, candidates should have at least two years experience with employee relations, staffing, client service and performance management capabilities. Applicants should be proficient in HRIS and MS Office programs, with intermediate MS Excel skills, as well as effective communication, written and grammar skills.
