Advisory, broking and solutions company Willis Towers Waters is seeking applicants for an open pension benefits specialist position, to be based in Denver, who would work on the company’s retirement team.

Its benefits services focus on allowing companies to attract and retain talent while keeping costs down. The successful applicant for its open pension benefits specialist position would help facilitate those services.

Under the supervision of senior analysts, the pension benefits specialist would undertake recurring plan administration services and work assignments for clients’ benefit plans, including benefit calculations, annual data updates and assistance with the benefit statements preparation. The specialist would also be responsible for following and updating documentation materials, fielding queries from clients’ human resources personnel and maintaining complete and accurate paper and audit trails.

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance or a related field and have strong mathematical and analytical skills. They should be excellent with Microsoft Office and have work experience that shows their technical, client service and leadership abilities. All applicants should be eligible to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
