The Antioch Unified School District in Antioch, California, is accepting applications for a full-time human resources coordinator through March 14.
The requirements of this position include working under the direction of the chief human resources officer to handle fringe benefits programs, including workers compensation and be a communication hub between management, workers and insurance providers. Developing talent of coworkers and assessing their progress is also an assigned task.
To be successful, candidates should be well-versed in workers compensation, benefits management, and principles of human resources administration, including state and federal regulations, record-keeping and customer service skills.
Candidates will complete a written test and should present a resume and two letters of recommendation by the application deadline to be considered.
