ADP’s Mobile Solutions App, which offers remote human resources (HR) systems access, recently surpassed 10 million individual employee users across 175 countries, bringing the average HR transactions conducted through the app per second to 1,000.
"When employees are able to access valuable personal information anytime, anywhere, they can stay engaged when and how they want,” ADP Corporate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer Dermot O'Brien said in a press release. “As a CHRO, I'm so pleased that we are able to help employers and employees around the world make more proactive and timely people decisions.”
Employees can use the app to view pay statements, view W-2s, manage 401(k) accounts, access benefits and give and receive employee rewards from anywhere and at any time. The app is a useful tool to increase employee engagement and employee productivity and allows companies to join the 20 percent of businesses that provide HR and employee productivity solutions through mobile apps.
"Since we launched the ADP Mobile Solutions app in 2011, our UX and design teams have worked to make this app rich with data, yet simple and secure," ADP Global Product and Technology Corporate Vice President Stuart Sackman said. "We want both employees and managers to use this as their main go-to for everything HR," "We are so proud to see the ADP Mobile Solutions app frequently rank as the number one free business app in the Apple App Store and we will continue innovating to keep it that way!"
