Engine manufacturer Rolls-Royce seeks a human resource vendor manager to work at its North America HR Shared Services Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Duties of the full-time position include managing company-side programs and vendors, leading the implementation of third-party vendor selection, partnering with external service providers, enhancing employee engagement, handling customer issues and providing expertise in outsourcing/offshoring.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in HR, business management or finance or at least eight years of general HR experience with at least five years managing vendors for HR services; experience and knowledge of outsourcing and managing outsourced HR services valued more than $50 million; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, analytical, presentation, leadership, negotiation and problem-solving skills; and experience with lean and process improvement tools.
Applicants must also be a U.S. citizen/resident, asylee, refugee or have permanent/indefinite work authorization.
Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in business with at least six years of experience in HR with at least three years managing vendors for HR services, certification in business processes such as Six Sigma, experience in project management and proficiency in U.S. employment laws.
