Deborah Kelly, a long-time member of Dickstein Shapiro LLP, has joined Mannat, Phelps & Phillips LLP.
Kelly brings experience across a number of industries, including finance and technology and served as Dickstein Shapiro’s deputy general counsel until the firm’s acquisition by Blank Rome LLP last year. Her expertise includes discrimination cases, as well as defending intellectual property rights and related matters.

"Her deep experience on the East Coast will complement our efforts nationwide as a new administration affects the legal and regulatory landscape and employers across the country seek strong advice and counsel on employment issues.”
Kelly’s educational background includes teaching political science and employment law at three universities, a role on the grievance committee of district court judges and selection to The Best Lawyers in America each year since 2007. She earned a Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University and a law degree from American University.
