Finland-based Poyry PLC, a global engineering firm, has promoted Hanna Summa to the position of senior vice president of human resources.

Summa, who previously served as vice president of human resources for the Northern Europe and Northern United States divisions, was hailed by company leadership for her institutional knowledge.

“In Hanna, we are fortunate to already have an experienced HR professional who knows the breadth of our company well and who has grown with us.” Anja McAlister, Poyry’s head of transformation and strategy, said. 

In accepting the new role, Summa highlighted her nearly two decades with the firm.
