A former vice president of human resources at Citrix Systems has joined Minneapolis-based tech firm Code42.

Leslie Pendergast, Code42’s new senior VP of people, was hired for her ability to help high-growth companies adapt to success. She will develop Code42’s culture to ensure new hires are welcome while valuing existing employees, the release explained.

“Leslie is experienced with the high-energy pace needed to grow and scale our business," Code42’s founder and CEO Joe Payne said. "As we build a more compelling work environment at Code42, great employee engagement translates to more success for our customers.”
