Our Beginning – A Children’s School in Seattle is looking to add an employee and family engagement staff member.

Under supervision of the principal, this expert on employee engagement will pioneer methods to help new employees transition to their role and promote the school's culture. In addition, the person in this position will build a retention strategy for the school. 

The candidate, who should have a bachelor’s degree and five or more years of experience, will provide orientation sessions to help new staffers, children, families and other stakeholders assimilate into the school’s culture.
