South Florida real estate development company The Related Group is seeking a HR coordinator to work at its corporate office in Miami.
The responsibilities of the full-time salaried position include keeping employment records up-to-date, conducting background checks and drug testing for newly hired employees, onboarding new employees and communicating with their supervisors and managers, processing payroll, handling HR-related questions, coordinating company events and corresponding with external parties requesting employment verification and data.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in HR-related field or equivalent experience, at least one year pf experience using UltiPro software, proficiency in Ultimate Software and Microsoft Office and strong problem-solving skills. Applicants should be able to effectively organize and prioritize assigned tasks, work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Preferred qualifications include a minimum of two years' experience using UltiPro software and two years of HR experience with demonstrated progressive career growth.
