Ryan, a corporate tax preparation firm, was awarded on Feb. 6 with the Work-Life Seal of Distinction by WorldatWork for the sixth consecutive year.
The company was recognized for creating an employees-centered workplace with a flexible work environment.
G. Brint Ryan, the tax firm’s chairman and CEO, welcomed the award as evidence of the firm’s commitment to creating positive workplace culture.
"Our firm's high-velocity revenue and profit growth demonstrate the incredible impact an employee-centric, flexible work environment has on business productivity and success,” Ryan said.
WorldatWork’s president and CEO, Anne C. Ruddy, said the record number of award applicants came from many sectors of North American business.
“I’m confident that this means an increasing number of companies are recognizing the importance of a workplace environment that benefits both the employer and employee,” she said.
