ESIS Inc. is now offering ESIS Spherical, a software tool that helps manage disability claims and increase savings for businesses.

Joe Vasquez, president of ESIS, cited the regulatory environment as a reason for the difficulty in managing disability leave.

“As a result, the need for an effective integrated absence management program that benefits both the employer and employee is evident,” Vasquez said. “ESIS is committed to delivering the right solution to address the growing impact of employee absence stemming from disability."

Sonja Teague, ESIS assistant vice president is overseeing the Spherical project. Her team was tasked with creating a tool that will manage disability leave without exposing companies to fines for potential regulatory issues and reduce the amount of time workers are off the job.
