JTI International, a cigarette maker with operations worldwide, is hiring a compensation and benefits manager.
Operating out the firm’s Teaneck, New Jersey, headquarters, this position’s key duties will involve implementing a pay and benefits strategy, as well as making sure the company complies with local legislation, market practice and company guidelines.
This manager will also work with retirement plans, assess compensation and benefits and interact with brokers and other in-house business departments.
Desired credentials include a bachelor’s degree with PHR/SPHR certification, three years’ experience and awareness of payroll and tax procedures.
