Immigration services provider Envoy recently named Lindsay Dagiantis its new vice president of human resources based on her track record of human resources programs at digital marketing agency Rise Interactive.
“Lindsay is a well-respected HR leader, with particular knowledge and experience in employer branding, recruiting, onboarding and performance management,” Envoy President and CEO Dick Burke said. “Her proficiency driving employee engagement and retention will play an integral role in Envoy’s ongoing commitment to building a performance-driven culture that’s dedicated to continuous improvement.”
Dagiantis, who attended Miami University and is a member of the Illinois Technology Association’s Talent Advisory Board, led Rise Interactive’s human resources efforts at a time when the company received numerous external accolades, including making the Inc. 500 fastest growing companies list six years in a row. During her tenure there, the company was named one of Ad Age’s Best Places to Work and was among the Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces.
“As an HR professional, joining a team with such an unwavering commitment to providing customers with extraordinary service via a comprehensive platform that helps them seamlessly hire, mobilize and manage top global talent is a dream come true,” Dagiantis said. “I look forward to helping Envoy continue attracting, growing and retaining the best possible talent the market has to offer.”
