Wendy Radtke, a former executive at both Honeywell and Goodyear, has been named senior vice president of human resources at TruGreen, a lawn care company based in Memphis, Tennessee.

Radtke, who earned a master’s from the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management, most recently held a similar position at Babcock and Wilcox Co. At TruGreen, she will also serve as the company’s chief human resources officer.

"This hiring decision is intended to convey the importance TruGreen places on selecting, orienting, developing and retaining our team at TruGreen,” David Alexander, TruGreen’s president and CEO, said in a news release. “Wendy will enhance our already excellent HR organization by drawing from her more than 20 years of experience at multiple Fortune 500 companies."

TruGreen operates 260 branches and 35 franchise offices serving 2.3 million customers across the U.S. and Canada.
