The Kennedy Health System is accepting applications for a benefits manager, a full-time position that would be based at the company’s Management Services Center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
The benefits manager is responsible for day-to-day activities related to the company’s benefits program, including providing operational direction to the rest of the company on all benefits policies, programs and practices.
Candidates for this position must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a similar field and five to seven years of experience in the field, with an emphasis on benefits program management. Candidates with a master’s degree are preferred, as are certified benefits professionals or certified employee benefits specialists.
