The Bradford Group is seeking a benefits and HRIS analyst for its Niles, Illinois location.
In this role, the candidate will act “as technical point-of-contact and subject matter expert with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, reports, analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities,” according to the original job posting.
The candidate will also support implementations, upgrades, testing and other projects as assigned. Assisting with the implementation and administration of benefit programs and ensuring compliance of benefits with federal and state laws including IRS and Department of Labor regulations are among the responsibilities.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree and at least two to four years of experience.
