Continuing an existing partnership, the FBI recently awarded Accenture Federal Services (AFS) a blanket purchase agreement for application services and digital solutions for human resources systems capabilities.

The contract covers seven-year period and bears a $100 million ceiling.

AFS will upgrade the FBI’s existing HR Source application and enhance the application’s offerings, transferring more administrative burdens to it and taking them off the plates of FBI employees. AFS also will work to remove legacy systems, improve the FBI’s ability to analyze HR data, and implement an employee and supervisor web portal.

Now more than ever, the FBI has greater insight into its applicants and employee workforce. This award enables the FBI to continue to build upon these capabilities to serve changing mission, workforce and business needs in the years to come.”
