Data science and media technology company 4C Insights Inc. recently brought on Kim Norwesh, formerly of Baxalta, as chief human resources officer for the company’s 186 staff members and 14 locations.
"Throughout her career, Kim has demonstrated success building teams and helping fast-paced and dynamic organizations realize their potential through people," 4C CEO Lance Neuhauser said. "Above all, Kim's character make her the right fit for our company and will enable 4C to continue our rapid growth trajectory."
Norwesh attended the West Point and earned a Bronze Star for distinguished service in Desert Storm. She also holds a master’s of science degree from Central Michigan University.
Throughout her career, she has held leadership HR positions with Dade Berhing, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Terlato Wine Group and Baxter, the predecessor of Baxalta, which is now Shire. At Baxalta, Norwesh was the vice president for human resources for the company’s global hematology division, a $4 billion entity.
