Ally Insurance is seeking human resources professional to execute strategies in the company’s offices in Itasca, Illinois and Atlanta.
Each position, titled HR business partner, will oversee “support of HR projects/initiatives, policies and procedures, compensation strategy and planning, and acts as primary HR business partner,” according to the job posting.
The ideal candidates will be able to think strategically to develop human resources best practices in concert with HR staff and top management, while coaching and mentoring managers throughout the company.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, three to five years of experience in human resources, and creativity/innovation.
