Payroll processing and software firm ADP is seeking a human resources benefits coordinator to handle disability claims, FMLA benefits and workers' compensation.
Overseeing the Philadelphia Mental Health Care Corp.'s benefits programs and retirement plans is another responsibility, according to the original job posting, with an eye toward marketing them to current and future employees.
“Responsibilities include vendor management, oversight of benefits administration systems and procedures, communications, compliance, enrollment, reporting and analysis,” the release said.
To qualify, candidates must have a four-year degree and at least five years of experience.
