Human capital management and digital workplace software provider Asure Software Inc. recently acquired Seattle-based Personnel Management Systems Inc. (PMSI), which specializes in small- and mid-sized business services.

“PMSI has been the leading provider of HR services in the Seattle area for over 25 years,” PMSI President Jack Goldberg said. “We are very proud of our people and the quality of our work. Asure Software is an excellent partner. The acquisition provides us with new client tools and resources, and allows us to expand our model nationwide and eventually on a global scale.”

Through the acquisition, Asure is now offering HR consulting to its services, allowing clients to access an outsourced HR department. PMSI clients, on the other hand, now have access to Asure’s full suite of services, which focus on allowing companies to optimize employee’s work.
