San Francisco-based law firm Dentons has an opportunity for a benefits coordinator in its Chicago office.
The candidate for this position will need up between two and four years’ experience processing benefits in a PeopleSoft environment, and be fluent in employment law. In addition, this person should be comfortable “processing complicated monthly benefit billings and audit vendor reports for accuracy,” according to the original job posting.
The elected candidate will tell new hires across the company about their benefits package, providing explanatory brochures and fielding any questions that may arise. Potential opportunities include mastering workers compensation claims, evaluating different vendors’ offerings, and recommending proposals to upper management.
