This professional will assist with recruitment efforts to write job descriptions, contact staffing firms, locate candidates online, and vet and interview prospects when filling positions.

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree with two or more years of HR experience and knowledge of current employment law. A sense of confidentiality and conscientiousness toward deadlines are also requirements, as well as the ability to speak Spanish and certification in human resources.
