The Mark Travel Corp. is seeking a Human Resources Information Systems administer to work in Milwaukee and perform numerous HR tasks such as providing audit assistance; initiating and distributing monthly performance reviews; coordinating leave of absence and short-term disability requirements for the outsource administrator; and tending to a variety of HR-related projects.
Prospective candidates must possess an associate's degree in an HR, HRIS or business-related field; or a minimum of four years' related experience and/or training; or a combination of both. They are also required to have prior experience with FMLA and HRIS Software. Applicants should be able to work independently, be highly attentive to details and accuracy, and be adept at time management.
