Seven is the magic number, says benefits administration firm Businessolver, announcing an industry webinar offering many strategies for staff engagement in benefits awareness year-round — rather than just during customary enrollment periods.
Slated for Feb. 2 at 2 p.m. Eastern/11 a.m. Pacific and hosted by Employee Benefit News and Employee Benefit Adviser, the free event will enable benefits professionals to hone their skills and knowledge with tools and tactics especially designed for engaging employees.
Hosting the forum will be four guest speakers from various organizations: Businessolver’s Chief Strategy Officer Rae Shanahan; Benz Communications’ founder and CEO Jennifer Benz; Ardent Health Services benefits manager Allison Ware; and Airbo’s founder and CEO Vlad Gyster.
Highlights will include instruction on personalizing benefits messages to connect with employees, including their spouses and family members, and tips on greater staff engagement both through technology platforms and a year-round plan for optimum involvement.
Traditionally, employee engagement is at its highest during end-of-year open enrollment or renewal periods. By presenting their panel experts, the web seminar hosts hope to optimize that connection and provide answers to what Businessolver terms “That timeless benefits question: ‘How do we get our employees to pay attention?’”
