McKesson is hiring a full-time human resources associate to join its San Francisco-based team as a development program (HRDP) associate and enroll in an extensive formal training program for professional advancement.
Prior HR experience, a master’s degree or equivalent, and office skills are necessary to take part in the 30-month program intended to cultivate leadership among exceptional MBA/MLIR graduates, organized in four rotations.
The ideal applicant will be able to relocate periodically to sites that include Texas, Virginia, Georgia, Pennsylvania, California and Montreal. The program circulates team members between talent management, employee relations, finance and business partnership, and offers training in executive development, organizational design, M&A, workforce analytics and more.
The McKesson HRDP connects associates with experienced mentors while enhancing career development through training in association with McKesson’s Center for Learning. Participants will travel at least twice yearly, as well as visit sites and attend annual events and networking activities.
High energy and enthusiasm, vibrant interpersonal and articulate communication skills, and analytical and problem-solving capacities are required, in addition to a strong level of commitment, drive, and integrity in decision-making.
