McKesson, providing medical-surgical supplies and equipment to clients nationwide, seeks a qualified human resources business partner (HRBP) to join its team and collaborate on products and solutions to serve business leaders within specific industry sectors.
The HRBP will catalyze commercial strategies through strategic human resource services, reporting to the senior director, Human Resource Business Partner for Business Unit Functions in Richmond, Virginia. The full-time position will work closely with executive staff to accurately convey the business model, enhance efficiency and manage talent.
With a minimum of eight years of HR experience, the successful candidate will implement performance and planning programs to support the company’s mission, employing strategies for engagement and achievement. Requirements include PHR/SPHR or equivalent proof of HR policy knowledge, a four-year business or related degree and office skills. Travel will comprise up to 20 percent of the HRBP’s schedule.
The ideal applicant will bring client group experience with a publicly traded company using a shared services/specialist model for HR management.
