Amazon.com is seeking a Human Resources (HR) business partner to work in Baltimore, Maryland.

The position will focus on providing full-cycle HR support to the company's 24-seven fulfillment centers.

Prospective candidates must possess a strong work ethic; be willing to work a flexible schedule; be comfortable handling a large workload in a rapid and changing work environment; have the ability to multitask and be a positive team player; have a passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement; and ensure a high level of employee engagement.

Applicants must also have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or more than two years of Amazon experience; proficiency with PeopleSoft HRIS System; and more than five years experience as an HR business partner.

Additionally required is experience supporting hourly employee client groups and experience working in a distribution center, call center or manufacturing environment.

Preferred candidates are those who have a master's degree or MBA in HR management, in addition to HR experience with Fortune 500 companies supporting at least 250 associates.
