Berkshire Hathaway Automotive is seeking a human resources information systems (HRIS) analyst for its Irving, Texas, site.
The analyst is expected to ensure the accuracy of HR data disseminated across the company's HRIS, provide Tier II level support for functional and technical ADP Enterprise issues, assist team members with HR and payroll, maintain payroll records for rehires and transfers, handle payroll issues, and analyze and improve HR procedures.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, three to five years of HRIS and ADP experience, advanced level computer skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the technical architecture of ADP Enterprise and Autolink Experience. They should also be able to work in a high-paced environment with deadlines, as well as be self-motivated, a strong team leader and great at multitasking.
