Core duties of the position include troubleshooting payroll and benefits, capturing relevant data for reporting, maintaining the human resources technical system, improving processes, working with other departments, and ensuring compliance with relevant human resources laws.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (a high school diploma with six or more years of experience can offset the educational requirement), and two or more years of experience in payroll and benefits or human resources operations.
