Fannie Mae, the Federal National Mortgage Association, is seeking applicants for a Talent Process Analyst III position.
Candidates should be able to size up current and future employees to determine their readiness for opportunities within the organization, as well as helping to determine the line of succession for vacated roles.
According to the job posting, the position will be required to serve internal customers on the human capital planning teams and others to build a “talent pipeline.” The selected applicant will also coach employees -- including managers -- on career development.
In addition, the new Talent Process Analyst III will have a hand in making policies and procedures easier to understand throughout the company.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, six or more years of related experience and a background in using processes to manage human resources.
