Tesoro Companies Inc., a Fortune 100 company, is seeking a senior human resources coordinator for its Anacortes, Washington office.
Tesora, a refiner and marketer of petroleum products, is focused on the western United States. Tesoro’s six refineries produce a combined capacity of more than 875,000 barrels daily.
The main duties of the senior human resources coordinator include: providing broad support for an assigned area, including daily operations; data and records management; planning and scheduling agendas and events; producing and reviewing ad hoc reports, and ensuring accuracy; tracking and monitoring metrics and trends; conducting research and submitting documentation for review; collaborating with others for clarification and confirmation of actions/assignments details; maintaining files and records, electronic and/or paper in compliance with records-retention requirements; assisting with budget maintenance and monitoring as well as providing support for program-related expenses; responding to questions related to processes, programs and procedures; and acting as project/program coordinator for the assigned area.
A high school diploma or its equivalent is required as well as a minimum of four years of human resources experience or an associate’s degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also required.
